Not happy with your purchase or have a fit issue?  We got your back!  We make returns easy. To return your item/order to, we ask that you get an RMA#. The easiest way to get an RMA# is by clicking this link, and simply sending us the following information: 

  • email
  • full name
  • order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email or on your invoice)
  • item name
  • quantity
  • and the reason for your return. 

You will receive an email from our support team with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label. You must write this number clearly on the outside of the package you are sending. Failure to provide us with the RMA number may result in refusal of the return. It is highly recommended that you keep your tracking number or delivery confirmation number to ensure your package is returned to us. 

All returns must be authorized! To prevent delays, we ask that you adhere to our return instructions.

We offer 30-day refunds on all qualifying returns (Less S&H).  

Domestic and international returns received within 30 days from the date that the order was shipped are eligible for a full refund in accordance with the original payment method. Items must not have been worn or washed, and all original tags must be attached. Refund procedures may take 7-14 business days; you will receive an email notification upon completion. Returns beyond 30 days are ineligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Taxes & Fees:
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. chapandrogue does not refund customs, duties or taxes associated with international returns.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received an item that is damaged you must notify us within 3 business days otherwise we will not accept the return.

Sale Items:
Items that are purchased at a discount of 20% or more off the original sale price are considered "sale items". Sale items qualify for exchange/store credit ONLY. Sale items must be postmarked (shipped) within three (3) days of your order's arrival date. Gift cards, coupons or any other promotions cannot be redeemed for cash.

Clearance Items:
All items purchased at a discount greater than 30% are considered "clearance items" and are a final sale.

General Order Policy:
1. Once an order has been placed, you have 3 hours to cancel your order: 2 hours for an expedited shipment. We cannot cancel an order that is being processed. You will have to wait to receive the order and then follow our return procedures.
2. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a store credit and a 30% restocking fee.
3. You may not add a coupon code to your order once the order has been placed. Coupons must be presented during checkout or before the order begins processing.
4. There will be a $15.00 re-stocking fee per order shipped via free shipping option. Re-stocking fee does not apply to orders placed when shipping is paid by the customer.
5. Returns are not valid for voucher redeem customers. However, exchanges can be made within 14 days if the product is defective. We do not refund shipping cost in either direction.
6. Please allow up to three weeks for refunds to be processed.
